Point Pastor
Jesse Pratt is the lead pastor at CrossLink. His primary focuses are preaching and vision casting. Jesse loves to spend time with his wife Aimee and two small children Caitee and Coleton.
Director of Connection and Development
Scott Vandegrift makes sure that everyone that comes to CrossLink finds a place that is warm and inviting. He works with the CrossLink team to help each individual reach their full ministry potential. Scott, his wife Danielle and sons Caiden and Landon are great assets to the CrossLink Leadership Team.
Director of Family Ministries
Aimee Pratt is the “go to” for all the family life ministries. She makes sure that all ministries are well staffed and resourced. She is married to Jesse and keeps him and her kids Caitee and Coleton out of trouble. If you have a question about what is going on at CrossLink she will probably have the answer!
Campus Director for Grove City
Dave Bryant is the Director of the Grove City Campus in Grove City OH. Dave focuses on the overall care of the Grove City Campus and helps drive major legacy events, productions, and care opportunities within the Grove City team. He is married to Lesley and has two children, Christian and Carson.
Campus Director for Pickerington
Brian Klinger is the Director of the upcoming Pickerington church plant in Pickerington, OH. As the church plant draws closer, Brian will be helping establish a presence in Pickerington, finding a meeting location, and putting the pieces together to create a high quality, high impact service! Brian is also the Youth Leader and Worship Architect for Crosslink. He is married to Lisa and has 3 children: Allison, Shelby, and Trey.
Worship
Matthew (Sticks) Lauletta: Sticks leads the worship and media teams for CrossLink and really wants others to understand the true impact of Godly worship. Sticks loves to create cool things and develop the next best media!
Technology Team Leaders
Josh Obrien and Bill Wilt combine forces to drive the overall technology strategy for the CrossLink minisitries. This includes sound, video, websites, and any other cool technology "thing".
Communication Director
William Pocock drives the overall communication and marketing for the CrossLink Network. From letters to emails to worship folders and more, William ensures everyone feels up-to-date and ready to leave a legacy!
Advisory Team
The CrossLink Advisory Team drives the overall strategy for the CrossLink Network. Mark, Dave, Andy, and Stephanie join the CrossLink staff to pray for and seek God's guidance on where CrossLink is headed in the future!
