When was the last time you truly built a relationship with someone else, or had a deep discussion about questions you may have in life, in a crowded room like a mall or church worship center? You probably cannot think of many at all, if any. That is why CrossLink focuses many of its resources and energy on iTeams, or small groups.

iTeams, or Impact Teams, are CrossLink’s Small Groups. CrossLink believes that iTeams are where individuals build relationships, where they walk down the road of life together, where true One-another-ing occurs. In addition, while weekend celebration does teach and provide life application principles around God’s Word, true life application and discussion happens best in small groups.
CARE and CONNECTION
Care and Connection happen best in CrossLink’s small groups. CrossLink Teammates who do not participate in an iTeam will undoubtedly miss out on true care and relationship building, as there is no other venue for these ministry components.
LIFE APPLICATION
iTeams are where individuals can help answer the question, “What is my soul’s condition in this area”, around Biblical principles shared during Celebration Services. They provide the opportunity for small groups of people to get deeper into the main issues of life, and discover as a team how each of us can build our Spiritual well-being.
