CrossLink is dedicated to reproducing itself, through new leaders and new ministries. The training and development process is intended to fulfill the REPRODUCTION part of the CrossLink Mission, by reproducing leaders.
In addition, CrossLink reproduces ministries through church planting. The CrossLink network includes church plants that reflect the mission of CrossLink, with some of their own personalities and feel.
New Churches, through church planting, are one of the most effective ways to reach others for Christ. The newness of the church eliminates the general feeling of outsiders that they are walking into an already established group or team.
