I was born in California and went to Merced Nazarene Church when I was young. I was saved when I was 10 and baptized when I was 12 and felt like the Lord had a calling on my life. At the age of 20 I moved to Colorado Springs and attended Nazarene Bible College for awhile. I then moved to Indiana where my mother resided, got married and had a son and a daughter, and lived there until 2008. In 2004 on a mission trip in Athens Alabama I felt the Lord’s call even stronger. I called my future wife and told her about my calling and said that she could back out of our marriage if she wanted. Her answer was no, that she would walk beside me and our Lord in whatever ventures He decided to take us on. We married in November of 2004 and I was going back to school taking classes online. In 2008, I had the chance to interview for an internship in Grove City Ohio a s a hospital visitation pastor which would fulfill one of the requisitions of my classes before graduation. In December of 2008 we both quit our jobs and moved to Ohio to fulfill that opportunity. In May of 2009 I graduated from Nazarene Bible College with a bachelors degree in Pastoral Ministry and minor in Christian Education. I am very passionate about my calling as an outreach pastor. I am looking forward to what the Lord has in store for us at Crosslink.
